Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or on the balconies.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e- Parties or gatherings are NOT allowed under any circumstances.
